Irish Honey Wheaten Bread by Maureen Maki

Ingredients:
2 cups flour (all purpose flour)
2 cups wheat flour (all purpose flour)
2 Tbsp wheat germ
1 tsp baking soda
3 Tbsp butter (softened)
2 Tbsp honey
Directions:
Mix honey and buttermilk together
Mix all dry ingredients in large bowl
Add buttermilk mixture
Mix well with hands (mixture will be sticky) Flour hands to make it easier shape mixture
Shape the mixture and put in greased/floured casserole dish (4 quart casserole dish) – DO NOT KNEAD MIXTURE
Bake 350 for 1 hour
